ABOUT SAGE

Hello, I am Sage Bara, the owner and lead designer at Belle Soul Florals. Have you ever walked into the flower cooler at Austin Flower Co or another floral boutique? If you haven’t, I encourage you to. Especially on a day when you need a lift. It is magic. The cold air, the heady scent of blooms, greenery and a little bit of earth just lifts my spirit, soothes my soul and connects me immediately to joy. I am so appreciative that I get to create with botanicals and for me to say, I love what I do is an understatement. You will find me happily creating arrangements in the studio, tromping through fields and woods to forage all manner of foliage, to standing on a 20ft ladder creating a wild wall installation - ok, maybe I am not always at the top of the ladder - I have an amazing team that climbs while I direct. But, wherever I am if it is hands deep in floral creations, I am in my element. All of it is important to me from color theory, to bloom texture, to locally grown, to moving just one stem until it sings. And I can’t say enough about how client connections and collaborations feed my soul. If you get Belle Soul Florals, you get me.
